This is the final phase of the process.
You have had an injury, you have had or are having treatment, now the rehabilitation process starts in terms of gradually returning you to full work, increasing your running slowly, spending more time in the garden.
It also involves education in terms of the causes of the injury you have had, how to prevent it occurring again and specific stretches and exercises required for you to carry on with even after the injury as settled down so it doesn’t return.
